Charlie Yost
President & CEO
Born into a passionate aviation family, Charlie rapidly developed a sincere appreciation for aircraft. His family consistently owned at least one aircraft that Charlie took every opportunity to fly.
Charlie’s first commercially flown aircraft was the Piper Malibu 500-hp Pratt & Whitney conversion. Next, Charlie was hired as a PC-12 pilot where he accumulated valuable experience in the aircraft, including North Atlantic crossings. It was at this job that Charlie developed a profound appreciation for the PC-12, describing it as “the perfect niche aircraft, capable of hauling a sizable load into hundreds of airstrips that are inaccessible to jets.”
Throughout his PC-12 experience, Charlie noticed there was a gaping hole in personalized, efficient Pilatus management. This led to the foundation of his current business of total PC-12 management, crewing, and a fractional ownership solution: Jet Manage.
Ed Yost

Very few aviators can trump the aviation experience Ed has enjoyed throughout his career.
As a Navy and Marine pilot, Ed flew the C-130. He next transitioned into a 36 year United Airlines career flying the DC-8, A320, B-747, B-777, B-767 and B-757.
Ed also enjoys General Aviation flying where he has compiled thousands of hours instructing. He has even built his own Glasair.
An accomplished aviator, Ed takes a personal approach in helping customers increase the safety and efficiency of their PC-12 aircraft.
Dave Beauvois

If a client has a PC-12 question, Dave always has an answer.
Dave has been an expert in the PC-12 since its introduction in 1996. He has accumulated over 5000 hours in the aircraft flying a wide variety of flights.
Dave brings unmatchable PC-12 expertise to the Jet Manage team. He is a crucial element in our mission to help clients get the most value out of their PC-12 investment.
Jenny Balseiro
Director Client Relations
Jenny is responsible for our operational infrastructure and for managing our Owner Services, Crew Services and Scheduling teams. Her area ensures that all of Client needs are met and exceeded and manages the day-to- day operations for Jet Manage.
Loreyne Alicea
HR Specialist
Finding the right talent to join Jet Manage is the primary objective for Loreyne. That involves anticipating growth and defining organizational needs, developing employee benefits & incentive programs as well as managing employee relations.
Galina Chekanova
Finance Manager
Galina is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk and ensuring adequate control structures are in place. This includes conducting financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reviewing operational performance.
